  • If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have a legal right to a "cooling-off" period within which you can cancel the Contract for any reason. This period begins once your Order is complete and delivery has occured, i.e. when the Contract between you and Us is formed. You may also cancel for any reason before your Order is complete.
  • If you wish to exercise your right to cancel under this Clause, you must inform Us of your decision within the cooling-off period. Cancellation by email or by post is effective from the date on which you send Us your message. Please note that the cooling-off period lasts for whole calendar days. If, for example, you send Us an email or letter by 23:59:59 on the final day of the cooling-off period, your cancellation will be valid and accepted. If you would prefer to contact Us directly to cancel, please use the following details:

    • In each case, providing Us with your name, address, email address, telephone number, and Order Number.
  • Please ensure that you return Goods to Us no more than 14 calendar days after the day on which you have informed Us that you wish to cancel under this Clause.
  • You may return Goods to Us in person during Our business hours, by post or another suitable delivery service of your choice to Our Office address 
  • Any refunds due will be issued within 7 working days after the returned products has been received by us.
  • We are unable to accept returns of products under this Clause where:
    • Any tags or labels attached to the product upon delivery have been removed.
    • The product has been marked or stained, or has been exposed to an odour which has impregnated the fabric.
    • The product has been cleaned or washed.
    • The Product has been slightly used.
  • Refunds under this Clause may be subject to deductions in the following circumstances:
    • Refunds may be reduced for any diminished value in the Goods resulting from your excessive handling of them (e.g. no more than would be permitted in a shop). Please note that if We issue a refund before We have received the Goods and have had a chance to inspect them, We may subsequently charge you an appropriate sum if We find that the Goods have been handled excessively.
    • We cannot refund any charges paid for additional, premium or non-standard delivery services including, but not limited to, weekend or timed delivery.
    • We cannot refund any service upgrade fees, tax, duty, customs charges, handling fees or other similar charges that you may have paid to third-party courier companies, local tax offices, customs authorities or similar agencies or companies.
  • If we collect your product as part of any free exchange process and you then decide not to continue with the exchange and request a refund instead, we will deduct the cost of the collection from your refund.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw any offer of free returns or exchanges noted elsewhere in these terms and conditions, or elsewhere on this website, at any time and for any reason. This does not affect your statutory rights.
